Faith Foundations: Youth, parents, & grandparents are all welcome to this intergenerational Bible study on Sunday mornings in the sanctuary between services. Current Bible Study: “The Sermon on the Mount”

House Church:  Come for a soup & salad supper and an informal worship time hosted and lead by this year’s confirmation classes. Everyone is welcome! Please come to support our youth and their families as they growth in their faith!

3F (Friday Family Fellowship): is a group of young adults and families that gets together on Friday evenings twice a month for fellowship, food, and faith development.

Easter Showers: Are you interested in getting your child baptized or in learning more about your own baptism?  Come to Easter Showers to learn about baptism in the Lutheran context. Sometime early 2012 at 9:30am in the conference room. RSVP with Pastor Brian.

Elementary Youth (Ignite)

Ignite the Night:  A brand new ministry for 3rd-5th graders and their parents. The first “Ignite” night will be February 24th at Redeemer’s gym from 6pm-9pm. Join us for a sit-down meal, games, activities, relays, singing, devotions, and a whole lot of fun. RSVP with Laura Engle (lauraengle@bellsouth.net) by Monday, February 20th.

Middle School Youth (Jr Red Folk Ministry)

First Word 807: Start your week of in God’s Word. Come up to the Youth Room on Monday mornings at 8:07am for devotions, prayer, and an interesting question to ponder.

Middle School Pizza Parties: Fellowship for any current middle school students on select Friday evenings from 6pm-10pm in the gym. We’ll play games, have devotions, watch movies, play games, eat pizza, play games. Please RSVP with Pastor Brian by the Wednesday before. Cost is $5 per child. Walk-ins (without RSVP) are $8. All proceeds pay for food and help support youth mission trips.

Loaves & Fishes: Come for early service and Bible study! We’ll then get together and head to Stuart beach for a devotion, surfing, beach-y activities, and food. Bring your beach stuff and some snacks.

 Middle School District Youth Gathering: Great gathering this year as 17 of Redeemer’s middle school youth learned about God’s Unlimited love for them in Christ. We got way too little sleep and enjoyed fellowship and countless activities. Watch for information on 2012′s gathering next August.

Confirmation Class: Wednesday evenings from 6pm-7:30pm in Albracht Hall. Please bring your confirmation books and Bibles.

Please try to arrive on time especially as Lent approaches and classes shorted because of worship

High School Youth (Red Folk Ministry)

Brain-Freeze Mondays: Meet up with Pastor Brian at Sonic (Jensen Beach) on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month for fellowship and slushies (1/2 price!). Bring a friend or 7, we’ll meet at 3ish. See you December 12th.

Real Life: College Faith - January 13-15 at University of Florida. The opportunity for current high school students to explore real college life with Jesus before they go off to school. Any current high school juniors or seniors are welcome regardless of what college or university they will be attending. Sign up by Nov. 30 in red binder or with Pastor Brian. Servant Event

Urban Invasion!Unlike years past, this years servant will focus on one location in downtown Orlando (still working out the details).  This means all of us will descend on one location and make a huge impact together!  Check back for specifics and interviews with folks from the area.  The revolution is happening…

Men’s Ministry

Tuesday Morning Bible Study: Join us for breakfast (or just coffee) and Bible Study at Denny’s on US 1 in Stuart. We meet Tuesday mornings from 7am-8am.

Disc Golf Fellowship: Sick of real golf? Join the world of disc golf (much cheaper and way easier). On Saturday mornings we’ll play at either FAU’s (Jupiter) course or the Gordy Park in Fort Pierce. No experience necessary, we’ll have discs you can borrow. See Pastor Brian for details.

4th & 20: An informal meeting at Hurricane’s Wings in Stuart to play trivia and watch Monday Night Football games. Football is over on Monday’s but trivia is not. Come grab wings, help ‘Blank Stare’ in trivia, and enjoy fellowship at 7pm.

  • We actually encourage this!

3. What should I expect from youth and family ministry events & trips?

  • A lot of fun, indescribable exhaustion, great memories, and a closer relationship with your friends and with your Savior Jesus.

4. Are there any dangers involved with Redeemer’s youth and family ministry?

 

  • One time on a family campout our site was raided by temperamental and hungry raccoons. They may or may not have been the size of lions. Other than that, nothing you wouldn’t expect anytime else in life. (scary –>)

5. Sweet! How do I sign up for stuff?
