FINE ARTS FESTIVAL – 5/13

FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS VOLUNTEER HOURS OR JUST WANTS TO HELP:  We are looking for help to provide baked good for our refreshment table.  If interested, please let Val or Doreen know.  You can get volunteer hours for this!!   

STAFF APPRECIATION LUNCEHON – 5/13.  THE PTO is sponsoring this awesome luncheon from OSCEOLA BAKERY.  VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED for Lunch Room Coverage so teachers can enjoy their lunch.  Let Vicki Holihan know – 692-9407.  

SPRING PICNIC  – 5/22.  A FEW VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.  If you would like to help with a few events we have planned, please call either Dawn Bomer -905-8765 or Doreen Harwood -283-8904.  

PLANNING TO BE ON PTO BOARD NEXT YEAR?  COME TO THE “NOT BORING”  PTO BOARD MEETING – Thursday, 5/29 at Val Wright’s House.  Wine and Apps served.  If you’re interested, this is a perfect time to check it out as we prepare the PTO for the 2008/09 School Year.

PTO Sponsored Talent Show

BOX TOP PARTY CONTEST - KEEP SENDING THEM IN AND WIN FOR YOUR CLASS!!  It's easy - have your children help locate the box tops or Campbell Soup labels on many items we use. (GM Cereals, Kleenex, and Goldfish) clip and bring them into class.  The class with the most turned in will receive a pizza or ice cream party sponsored by the PTO at the end of the year!  A great fundraiser - Redeemer receives 10 cents for each box top label turned in so help where you can!

VOLUNTEER HOURS - Reminder - Any unfilled Volunteer Hours will be billed in April.  If you have any hours to report, please contact Connie Buchanan at 631-0233 or email susishoper@bellsouth.net or stop by the office.  If you still have hours to complete, check with your teacher, room parent or PTO on what you can do to help.  There are a few upcoming events if you would like to help serve or provide baked goods.
